Licensed Reptile Delivery
Weāre based in the UK and use licensed animal couriers to deliver our reptiles safely to our customers.
General delivery info
As per our Animal Activities License (AAL), we only deliver our own animals. We do not provide a standalone animal courier service
The time it takes our courier to deliver an animal to you depends on their delivery schedule to your area, and their available delivery slots, at the time you place your order
Weāll communicate with you via email about courier booking and when your animal is scheduled to arrive with you
UK delivery
England or Wales
Our animal courier currently charges Ā£65 to addresses in England or Wales.
Estimated delivery time
Weāll do our best to book your animal on the earliest available courier run to your area. The time it takes for your animal to arrive depends on the courierās schedule at the time you place your order. Weāll communicate with you throughout and aim to get you a delivery date within 2 weeks of placing your order.
Scotland
Our animal courier currently charges Ā£90 to addresses in Scotland up to and including Dundee.
They charge Ā£130 to addresses above Dundee, up to Inverness. They donāt currently deliver to addresses above Inverness.

Our courier usually does a Scotland delivery run once a month.

About our UK couriers
Ridgeway Courier
Ridgeway Courier are a specialist reptile courier. They are fully APHA licensed. Their vans have purpose-built thermostat controlled units. This allows them to heat different units within their vans at different temperatures to suit all the reptilesā needs.
Jungle Reptiles
Under our Animal Activities Licence (AAL) we are licensed to deliver our own reptiles to our customers. Please see our reptile shops page for our AAL details.

Free pickup in store
Each reptile page on our website tells you which of our shops the animal is living in.
You can order the reptile or animal here on our secure website, then during checkout choose free in-store pickup.
Youāll get an immediate purchase confirmation email receipt.
Our reptile shop locations page tells you where our physical stores are.
For your convenience, we may be able to transfer the reptile you want to one of our other shops thatās closer to you.
