Can you deliver a reptile to me?

Yes, we can deliver a reptile or animal safely to you. Please see our animal delivery page for more details.

Do you sell vivariums?

Yes, we have a wide variety of vivariums, tanks and terrariums in our shops. Along with all the other kit you need to house, feed and care for your reptile.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers. You can buy one in-store, and we’re working on offering them online.

Do you take rescues?

Yes, we can take in rescue reptiles and re-home them, subject to acceptance.

Would you buy my reptile(s) from me?

Possibly. The best thing to do is get in touch using the ‘Ask us’ button in the bottom corner of this page. Send us pictures and the essential details about your reptile(s) and we’ll go from there.

What are your opening hours?

Do you take on volunteers and work experience?

We do, but volunteer and work experience positions are extremely limited and subject to a suitability chat first.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods in our reptile shops and online. Our physical shops also accept cash.

Can you re-home my reptile?

Yes, we can take in your reptile and re-home it, subject to acceptance.

Would you buy my preowned kit, like a vivarium?

We might do. Just get in touch telling us what you have, the condition, relevant dimensions etc. And please include some photos. We’ll go from there.

Do you sell pre-owned kit?

We do occasionally have pre-owned (second-hand) kit for sale, like vivariums and tanks. Just get in touch and tell us what you’re looking for.

How much is a crested gecko set-up?

Complete adult crested gecko kits start at £330 and go up based on equipment needed, and if you would like it bioactive.

Do you sell ants and ant kits?

Yes, we can order ants and ant kits for you.

Do you do refunds on animals?

Yes, providing you’ve recently purchased the reptile from us, and subject to an assessment of the animal’s condition. Please get in touch to discuss.
