Enclosure kits and setups

We use specialised couriers to deliver enclosures and setups

We don’t risk sending them with standard courier services to avoid potential damage in transit. We want to ensure your setup arrives in perfect condition!

Of course, a specialised courier is more costly than a standard delivery company, but when you’re buying something like an enclosure or setup, it’s not worth risking it.

Delivery time depends on when you place your order

The time it takes our courier to deliver an enclosure or setup to you depends on their delivery schedule to your area, and their available delivery slots, at the time you place your order.

We’ll communicate with you via email about delivery and when your item is scheduled to arrive with you.

Pre-built enclosure setups take a little longer to deliver

We build our enclosure setups to order; we don’t stock readymade setups. Please bear in mind that in order to build a setup for you to the highest standard, and make sure everything is working perfectly, we’ll need a little time — usually just a couple of days.

This means that your setup won’t arrive as quickly as unassembled kit. We’ll do our best to get it to you as soon as it’s ready, and we’ll give you a specific delivery date and time as soon as our courier confirms it.

Please ensure you have someone to help you bring the enclosure into your home

Vivarium enclosures are big and heavy! We are able to deliver them to the curb-side outside your home, but we are not able to bring them into your home.

We strongly recommend you have someone there to help you bring the enclosure into your home, rather than attempting to do it on your own.

After you place an order we’ll go through all this with you while arranging delivery.

England & Wales delivery

Our courier currently charges £65 to addresses in England and Wales.

Estimated delivery time

We’ll do our best to book your item(s) on the earliest available courier run to your area. The time it takes for your item(s) to arrive depends on the courier’s schedule at the time you place your order. We’ll communicate with you throughout and aim to get you a delivery date within 2 weeks of placing your order.

Scotland delivery

Our courier currently charges £90 to addresses in Scotland up to and including Dundee.

They charge £130 to addresses above Dundee, up to Inverness. They don’t currently deliver to addresses above Inverness.

Estimated delivery time

Our courier usually does a Scotland delivery run once a month.
