As an AAL Licensed reptile shop we check the kit you have is suitable for the reptile you order. Use the checklists here to help ensure you have a suitable kit.

Geckos

    • Glass terrarium 45x45x60cm minimum

    • Thermostatically controlled heat mat or overhead heating

    • Digital thermometer and hygrometer

    • Low-level UV lighting recommended

    • Do well in live-planted bioactive enclosures

Frogs

    • Do well in live-planted bioactive enclosures

    • Plenty of climbing enrichment (branches, vines, cork, fake/live plants)

    • Correct supplement schedule

    • Bioactive glass terrarium

    • Leaf litter, branches and live plants are recommended

    • Shadedweller UV lighting is recommended

    • Any heating should be thermostatically controlled

    • Higher humidity requirements (80-100%) but should not become stagnant/ swampy

    • Shallow water bowl refreshed daily

    • Correct supplement schedule

    • Adult males: terrestrial terrarium 45x45cm minimum

    • Adult females: terrestrial terrarium 60x45cm minimum

    • Babies and juveniles can be housed in smaller versions of this
