This species is super cute, tiny and popular in the hobby, often kept alongside dart frog species in bioactive live-planted enclosures!
They are primarily female and reproduce using Parthenogenesis meaning they can be prolific breeders if well established!

They are a highly arboreal (tree dwelling) species, so the enclosure should reflect this.
The minimum size enclosure we would recommend is a 30x30x45cm glass Terrarium. This can hold multiple individuals but enclosure size should reflect population.
We recommend thermostatically controlled overhead heating and low-level UV lighting. However, thermostatically controlled heat mats and D3 supplementation also work.
