Pink-Bellied Side-neck Turtles are a beautiful species known for their pink plastron and yellow-lined eyes. They benefit from a large aquarium as they are strong and active swimmers!

Sex: Male
Imperfect - Healed injury to the foot, missing half of it
Adult size: Up to 10 inches
Handling: Turtles are best kept as a display species
Suitability: Beginner who can provide large enough enclosure
4ft long aquarium (minimum size, bigger is better!)
Water heater
Heavy filtration system (we recommend that this is external)
Easily accessible dry basking area
Heat bulb and T5 UV lighting overhanging the basking area
Complete turtle diet
