SPEEDY - Adult Corn Snake For Rehoming
Corn snakes are a great choice when it comes for a first, second or third pet snake.
Speedy is a really lovely corn snake but is a bit viv defensive so will do best in a quiet, experienced home.

Morph: Normal / Wild Type
Sex: Male
Suitable for: Experienced homes who are familiar with this species and their body language.
Captive bred? Yes
Handling: Really lovely to handle but is a bit viv defensive.
Size range: males 4.5
Housing and habitat: adult males generally require 4ft vivariums depending on length
Females will be larger than males and can be expected to reach 5 ft in length requiring an adult tank size approximately 4ft x 2ft as appose to males which typically do well in a 4ft.
For adults we would advice thermostatically controlled over head heating set to a 30-32*C basking spot. However, babies tend to do fine on heat mats given their lighter body weights.
The benefit of going for an adult animal is that they can go straight into their final size enclosure saving money in the long run!
They are also more used to being handled, making them great for children who just want a pet they can hold from day 1 — after appropriate settling in time.
