In the wild this New Caledonian species is critically endangered due to habitat loss and a slow breeding cycle. This is a rare opportunity to own a captive bred baby!
This species is one of but a few viviparous geckos, meaning they give birth to live young!

Ultra rare species to have available! (Rhacodactylus Trachycephalus)
Age: CB25, Born with us on 31/3/25
Sex: Unsexed
A great enclosure for an adult would be a 45x45x90 glass terrarium, with thermostatically controlled overhead heating and UV lighting. Babies can be kept in smaller enclosures until outgrown.
We recommend basking temperatures between 26-28C with night time drops above 18C.
They are a high humidity species so require regular spraying or use of a misting system to maintain humidity levels around 60-80% which will naturally increase at night.
