Natural Habitat: Arid, rocky areas with lots of bush
Suitability: Beginners
Handling: Will calm down with maturity and positive handling experiences
Adults should be housed in a vivarium that is at least 4×2×2ft, with guarded and thermostatically controlled overhead heating.
Babies and Juveniles should be housed in smaller versions of this, such as a hatchling snake kit.
Temperatures should be reliably measured using a digital thermometer or heat gun.
