Adult size: Range from 20-25cm
Handling: Turtles are best kept as a display species
Suitability: Beginner
Enclosure recommendations
Adults should be housed in 3-4ft long aquariums as a minimum, with a water heater and an adequate filtration system in place.
Turtles require an easily accessible basking area which should allow the turtle to completely dry off and bask under UV lighting.
