              Adult Male Hermann's Tortoise For Sale - Garden Ready
Hermann’s Tortoises are a popular pet tortoise due to their manageable size, ease of care, and adaptability to the UK climate.

- Age: Adult, CB 2002 (23 years old) 
- Sex: Male 
- This species will come microchipped with A10 CITES paperwork - a posh birth certificate verifying their birth in captivity 
- Diet: Vegetation dusted with the correct vitamin and calcium supplements 
- Average Adult Size: 7 to 11 inches 
- Average Lifespan: Up to 75 years 
- Handling: Friendly once used to their new owner 
- Suitability: Beginner 
Enclosure recommendations
During the warmer months of the year, Adult Hermann’s Tortoises can be housed outdoors in predator-proof and escape-proof pens with a secure shelter/house for them to hide and sleep in.
During the winter months, we recommend that they are safely hibernated using the fridge method. Alternatively they can be brought in to 4×2ft indoor housing under heat and UV lighting.
