Common Boa For Sale - Bigger Snake Species for Beginners

£89.00
Sold Out
  • Currently for sale in our Iver reptile shop

  • Photos taken March 2024

  • Age: Approx CB22

  • Sex: Female

  • Suitable for: Beginner keepers committed to a larger snake species or someone looking to expand their collection

  • Captive bred? Yes, 2022

  • Handling: Very happy to be handled though hook training is recommended for when they grow.

  • Size range: currently around 2ft, as adult female 7-10ft

  • Housing and habitat: At current a 3ft vivarium with upgrade to minimum 6ft x 2ft vivarium as adult, larger is recommended.

Common boas are deceptively great beginner snakes, other than their size (a pro for many) they are hardy, great feeders and easy to care for. With their size they can range from 6-10ft with females topping those scales.

If you’ve got the space for a 6ft viv then go big or go home with a great species like this!

temps: 30-32°C Hot spot

Humidity: 50-60%

UVB: optional 2.4/7%
